Return – Jootwear Ireland

All products purchased from Jootwear.com can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase only if:

The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had purchased.
You must notify us within 3 days of delivery by writing to email info@jootwear.com
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be unworn and unwashed.
Beauty lines and pierced jewelery cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons. Underwear and swimwear can only be returns if the hygiene seal has not been removed.
Shoes must be tried on indoors.
Items must have all tags attached.

Please download a copy of the returns form here – Download returns form (PDF) or Download returns form (Word) Please print out the form, complete it by hand and enclose in the parcel with your returned item/s.
Please complete one form for each order ID number. If you have many items that will not fit on one form, please print out further forms as required. If you are not able to print the form out for any reason, please enclose a copy of your original invoice, and write clearly on the invoice what you are returning, and the reason for return. If you are not able to enclose a return form or copy of your invoice, please write the details on a piece of paper. The details needed would be order number, name, the style references and sizes of garments being returned, and reason for return.
IF YOU HAVE NO ACCESS TO A PRINTER Please write your name and order number on a piece of paper stating why you are returning the item. Insert this note inside your parcel along with your returning items.
You will receive an email confirmation for tracking and proof of return

You may cancel your order at any time before the shipping process. After the shipment of your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number against your order.
Jootwear.com reserves this right of cancelling your order for the reason s including, unavailability of stock, declined in payment or the inaccuracy of pricing. *There will be no return and exchange on sale articles.
